It did cause me to lose wayyyyy more hair than I’m comfortable with. Granted I’m a guy who follows my own routine and it’s been pretty good so far. After using this brush my curls were better… butttttt. I would lose way too much hair. I only use it on wanting to be fancy days. Which is rarely 😂
Unfortunately I think it creates too much tension for my hair and it just stretches out my waves. I do have fine hair though. I’m going to try the unbrush curl since it doesn’t have the boar bristles to see how that does
I only brush my hair in the shower with conditioner now for my curls I just use some eco style gel and it stays well since I also wash my hair every 4 5 days and mostly use conditioner for my hair to stay moisturized ♡ To refresh i use a spray bottle with water and fluff my hair a bit. When you have coils curls even waves Brushes can definitely pull the hair out and I speak from experience too, and nicee hair ! ❤️
I don’t detangle with it, but it’s those balls that cause me problems. Ik they recently made a different version without it but I still wanted that boar bristle so eventually I just ripped the balls out of my brush myself and it works so much better ☠️
