Serious Question: when I was in nurse school in 2007 (Germany) we were told that mammagraphy is not that big a deal. It would only provide a significant extention of lifetime for 1 in 10.000 women that got there cancer diagnosis by the mammographie. By that time every woman over the age of 50 was invited by her health ensurance company to hav a mammography. Is this rate higher nowadays?
